Returns and Refunds Policy

At YANTROAN, we aim to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons once opened

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return, please contact support@yantroan.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will provide return instructions.

Unless the product was defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has entered the processing or shipping stage, cancellations may not be possible.
